* Accountable to the board for the P&L management of all international licensees & operations;
* Directly responsible for new product development; taking old IP to web based tools for driving licensed based revenues and easy adoption by clients;
* Management of all licensees quarterly on revenue potential, ISO documentation and new sales forecast alongside software delivery including training and support;
* Successfully implemented new and improved operational procedures through internal change management and external client relationship management;
