My first startup was NextGen Interview Ltd. Imagine being able to see and hear from candidates before organizing face-to-face meetings. Now let me introduce you to NextGen Interview: the newest way for employers to find qualified applicants and job-seekers to find their dream jobs in the most technologically efficient manner possible. It offered a convenient way to screen candidates which assists reducing interviewing costs during the recruitment process and enhancing branding.

Prior to launching JustSnapIt® & NextGen Interview, I served as a Senior Sales Manager with the Appco Group (#1 Direct Marketing Company in the world), managing sales representatives from SRJ Marketing and was awarded the Sales Leadership Excellence Award in 2012. My goal is to be a globally successful and inspirational leader, who creates vision and opportunity for myself and for those around me. I want to be someone who leads by example and strives for success. I will always work hard to ensure optimum performance of my business. I like to think of myself an open, honest and approachable leader, who shares the trials and tribulations. I believe that it's my generosity and fair approach which makes me a strong leader, and I will ensure that my businesses benefit from good people and their commitment to excel in their roles.

We have made a platform that allows candidates to upload and share more in depth profiles about themselves including videos and extended polls. Using this meta-data, the JustSnapIt® platform can better place the candidate with recruiters.

JustSnapIt® found a USP in a state-of-the-art technology called VCode®. The technology allows Candidates to scan any screened media (uniquely Identifying them) to the JustSnapIt® platform which instantly pairs them with jobs based on their demographic, location and personal & job interests.
