PA Tasks
* PA to the management team, including all diary management, international travel arrangements,
minute taking and ad hoc business and personal administration
* Board meeting organization including, invites for attendees, travel management, Board paper
creation / collation and distribution, catering, minute taking and ensuring all required
documentation is available for signatories
Office Manager / HR Tasks
* Creation and management of company policies and procedures including HR, Finance, Health & Safety
and Major Incident Plan
* Health and Safety officer for the company
* Management of the office and laboratory facilities
* Management of the IT infrastructure
