With 27 years background in multisectors expertise, Mr CERF engineering director, won the confident of its clients to develop new working matters within engineering aspects.
2. The Problem – what is the problem that you want to solve with your service?
We adapt and anticipate the innovative engineering technology problems worldwide because we are aware that the digitized transformation of companies and changes of working matters are unavoidable. We are confident that we solve any client's engineering processes faster, with less engineering costs and high quality standards of projects execution. Furthermore, we act strongly as recruiting team for clients worldwide who search engineers staff/ contract roles.
3. The Solution – what you are going to do in order to solve the problem ?
All documents are transferred through the multifonction platform B2B entirely automatised, collaborative and interactive between clients & "Conseilprev SAS" (commercial bids, contracts, invoices, eng. deliverables) with automatised fonctions & engineering solutions.

Ongoing Easier, Faster, Smarter, High quality standards and Less unuseful engineering costs used on Platform B2B
5. Business Model – how are you going to make money. This is key consideration ?
The new business dynamic model with this engineering platform creates the synergy between Conseilprev & stakeholders (engineers/clients) to accelerate eco-business & stimulate investment partnerships.
Development of the financial model to support the assumptions stated in the pitch deck and to demonstrate the return for the investors.The financial model introduces some discipline to the assumptions and the relations between the different variables, and reinforced to estimate the percentage of the capital I can give the investors in exchange for their money.
6. The Market – how big is the market. This might be a tough task ?
The industrial & construction markets are huge worldwide within oilgas/nuclear/buildings/environnement/recruitment sectors with online consultancy Platform multi-dimensions & multiservices.

The strategy development of interaction between actors as partnerships/ consultants/ clients on the platform create circular synergy and incentive actions of closed collaboration.

Currently competitors don't exist except using of this "platform" or IT ERP internal by huge engineering companies. This B2B platform works as external engineering open source.
At the startup of the SAS Company based in Paris, we are 3 participants including one Director, one Associate and one direction assistant female.
